Cancellation request should reach us at least 48 hrs
before the expected check-in-time.
No cancellation entertained bellow 48 hrs from the scheduled check in and
bill will be raised for the minimum possible one day.
The receipt number will be sent to you by reservation office through e-mail
for the booking with advance.
Passport, Visa and Restricted Area Permit (RAP - if any) should be submitted to the front office
assistant for the general formalities to be done with the local authorities.
Check the documents (Passport, Visa and RAP) while receiving that
back from our front office.
Usual house rules applies to all.
The management reserves the right to ask advance or further advance
from the guest.
The company or the individual, who reserved the rooms is liable
for the payments.
