As an entertainer to my friends I have been noted for my elegant entertaining which I now continue to do so at Crème Brûlée. I am passionate about the way I do the settings, the table cloth and sometimes without, the floral arrangements and the
paraphernalia.
Crème Brûlée has impressed many a folks because its exotic and eclectic displays. Mind blowing is the huge
Burmese teak wood dining table that can seat 12 people at one go.
On one end is a French window which was made by me but all credit goes to my friend Mr.Mohan Rajes who insisted that I make a
French window and WOW what a difference it gave to Crème Brûlée.
As important as the food itself, mealtimes are entirely at your discretion. Breakfast is usually served at the frangipani garden while dinner moves to Crème Brulee but any other impromptu picnic spots on the property are yours for the asking.
"YERCAUD HAS NEVER HAD IT SO CHIC."
Visible from the table is the huge red cedar tree in all its pristine glory. |
